Room service very courteous and discreet!
Pleasant, quiet location ... the first thing in the morning you hear the seagulls!
Restaurant has an absolute feel-good atmosphere.
Food is very tasty (including breakfast).
Staff very open-minded and helpful (e.g. explaining dishes that are unknown to us)
Line 22 can be reached in 3 minutes on foot! Buses go to the city center every 5 minutes.

CONCLUSION: A stylish hotel without any fancy dress! We would love to come back ....!
