I chose AJ's because they were able to help right when I needed them. The carpets looked much better afterward, and they are 20 year old carpets, so that was an accomplishment! The 24-hour stain treatment that was applied to the stains that didn't come out in the cleaning didn't touch the stains, but no guarantee was given that it could. The service tech was very friendly, but took quite a long time because of being so! Lol. I'd use this service again. Did a way better job than the guys that did the no-water cleaning job to the carpet!
