Sherina Everett Review of Clear choice physicians

Where to start. Let me first say that I have been on a mission to track down my cardiologist for a while now. The doctors office I went to for my yearly heart checkups apparently closed down. The name was changed. People still located in that office had no way to contact him. Did some research and finally contacted the medical board and found out he was still active at Clear Choice Physicians. The reason I give you all this extra info is because any normal person would be very upset by now wondering where on earth my medical records are and why I was never contacted that the doctors office was closing down. I contacted Clear Choice on a Monday morning and spoke to someone on the phone verifying my doctor is indeed working out of this office. I give them all the info above and even told her the reason why I needed to contact him. I was told that someone will contact me back. Tuesday I call again because I didn't get my call back. Not even expecting a call from him but usually within 24 hours at least his medical assistant. I let a female know again its urgent that I get a call back. She took my info again and said someone would call me back. So I wait. Wednesday, I didnt want to be annoying so I still waited. Thursday afternoon I call again. I am a little irritated because I still haven't gotten a call back. So I'm asking a few questions to get more information. They keep telling me they wouldn't have my medical records. I already understood that they wouldn't have them and I said that. I was asking was there anyone who could get ahold of my doctor because if they don't have access to my records then he does? So they transfer me to the Practice Manager and all they kept telling me was that he is in that office every other week, he's not there this week and that THEY don't have access to my medical records! That's NOT what I was asking for. I was asking if he's not in that office is there still a way for them or his medical assistant to get ahold of HIM for me. I have a time sensitive matter that I need my medical records for and they were soooo focused on me being upset that they weren't even answering my questions I was asking. So first of all, they should have noticed I had no attitude at all the first 3 quarters of the call until the rude manager, Kuy Volland, got on the phone, obviously assuming I was already pi**ed off. Questions weren't being answered. There was already a problem that wasn't solved on the phone so don't answer the phone thinking you already know what's going on. Start over and just answer the questions that are being asked. They still never told me where I could find him. If they didn't know then they should have just said that instead of assuming I was telling them to give me my medical records. In the medical field customer service is a major factor. Had years and years of customer service in different fields including medical. I understand you have those patients who are overboard and difficult to deal with. But when you have a so called manager who is supposed to have the ability to handle a customer in an efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous manner and they don't it's a huge problem that requires review and follow up.
