The fact that they refuse to even acknowledge the actual problem I hope shows people how little they care about their customers.
I would love to give a higher review as when the internet service does work it's great, however the managers are so unhelpful it's ridiculous. Probably the least helpful and most uncaring professionals I've ever talked to at an internet company. My internet was once out for nearly three weeks and I was still required to pay for a full month to keep my service.
Reply: I am not referring to the non payment issue. I understand if the bill is unpaid, then I don't get service. I am referring to when the storm knocked out our internet and it took you guys weeks to get a technician scheduled to come fix it, and then they rescheduled which took an additional week. The storm was not your fault however the additional time waiting for your technician was which is what led to me not having internet for nearly 3 weeks. I was still required to pay for the whole month even with not having internet for over half the month.
