I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 from Andy Keating at Carlson Toyota. Andy is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He originally introduced himself weeks ago while I was waiting for routine service on my older RAV4. I was not ready to buy at that time, but Andy politely followed up over several weeks. I knew what I wanted, and really appreciate that Andy listened to my needs and wants, and did not try to upsell me to a different Toyota model. He found the exact vehicle for me. Andy was well organized and provided a very efficient purchase process! It took me less time to purchase my car, than it did to get a new cell phone!
