Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service on 2 January. Radio was inoperable and I wanted it repaired or most likely replaced. Baker was my service rep and checked me in for my scheduled appointment. After 2-3 hours, it was confirmed that the radio needed to be replaced. Baker informed me they didn't have my particular radio in stock, it needed to be ordered, and he would contact me once it arrived so we could schedule an installation. Yesterday, 15 Feb, he calls to inform me the radio was received on 4 January and is due to be returned on 20 February. No one ever contacted me that it had arrived. I returned his call a couple hours later, 11am, to schedule an appointment but no answer. Left a detailed voice message, still no return call. On the heels of a holiday weekend, it appears this is a time constrained matter. I'm a military member and comprehend deadlines. Not my ideal customer service experience.
