I am very mad at the customer service at Loudoun Dental Smiles because they messed up my appointment on Tue Dec 2016 , then the staff was afraid of fired, so she blamed my husband to make appointment for me without telling me. My husband knew my schedule very well b/c every Tue He had to drive me to work on sterling, how can he made appointment for me on that day. Beside there was no reminder for both me and my husband on that day, He came b/c he remembered his appointment, when the staff told me she did called for a reminder, after check with her, turn out she called the wrong number (wrong house) and reminder somebody.
After arguing with the Rep, I told her that I would move to another dentist, and she said "go ahead", Then I talked to the owner of the dentist office, she really did not feel sorry for mistake and the behavior of the staff that is not accepted at the office environment, and did not care that I would leave, No letter or phone call to apologize to me. Why don't you admitted somebody when made appointment and clicked on the wrong day, instead blamed my husband. He said he did not made appointment for me that day. it is ashamed that staff acted like a child by blamed someone.

I am unhappy so I am planning to move to another dentist, and my new dentist needs the X-ray from the previous year, 2016. I contacted Loudoun Dental Smiles for the X-Ray, and they told me they lost them for the years 2015 and 2016, b/c of the virus in the system. It 's very weird, and they sent my new dentist X-ray of year 2014, which is TRASH b/c of it's very old. It is very un-professional, and un-ethical. The office lost my previous X-Ray 2016, gave 2014 X-ray it's so mysterious and suspicious ???. If x ray was lost why it was lost just 2016, and 2015, why 2014 is till available which is Trask b/c too old. The owner was lie about I refused to take x-ray 2015, and lied about they did all to please me, it is a lie. They DID NOT apologize to me, the way the owner said she defended her staff blamed back to my husband. Be a grown up, admit the mistake.
Since that happened I said I will move but not really move yet, I was waiting any phone call from the owner to apologize to me, but the owner never calls. Until 2017 I started to looking for a new dentist.
If I were you (owner) I will fire a staff with bad attitude to customer that day, and apologize to customer, and have to train the staff again, b/c there were many missing and wrong. To me that is the best way to please the customer, you and the your staff (front desk) should learn how to apologize to customer.

I am so mad right now, If you were me how do you feel? and I did not like your rude customer service why should I come back to take x ray again, and I did want to be treat badly. Beside I did not know you will hide to charge my insurance for re- take x-ray or not.
It makes me wonder why they are still in business.
PS: I also agreed with the other person rated 3 stars, you are not alone, b/c it was happen to me couples of time, when I like that hygienist and made appointed with her, but I came there was a different hygienist, and there was not announced before appointment, so I have to accept different hygienist for clean up. I was uncomfortable. no happy.
