We went there to spend the weekend.

Good resort, nice spacious rooms, great breakfast spread. Good facilities like the swimming pool, indoor games,SPA and gym.

But the service received was bad. Both room service and in their open dinner area near the artificial pond was bad. Either lot of delays or service was not received at all!!!

Simple things like TVs were not operational for 2 days despite repeated complaints.

Overall not a great experience for me and my family.
