Watch out for these guys on the freeway!

Driver likes to drive around, wreckless and angry, like he owns the road. While driving around this gentleman I witnessed him serving in and out of lanes, causing vehicles to slam on there brakes. On the very few times I witnessed him use his blinker, he would leave it on, for miles on end, then turn in the complete opposite direction, once again causing others to slam on there brakes.
