I was so touched by my experience at this store today I had to share it with everyone. My dad usually picks up distilled water for all of our family at this location however he has been admitted to the hospital due to COVID. I came today to this store having no idea how the processes worked with refilling our bottles.

The person helping me at this store after hearing the story of why my Dad wasn t there to refill our bottles told me everything was on the house. Their staff refilled our bottles and helped me load them in my car. I am overwhelmed by witnessing such kindness from someone that didn t even know me. Me and my family will be loyal customers to this water distribution center for the rest of our lives.
