Unfortunately I regret buying my first new truck from Covert. It took me almost a month of constantly calling the sales manager after my purchase to get my full rebate amounts. Now after a few months of ownership I have tried to bring it in for service that I prepaid for only to be turned away because they are "too busy" They will not allow me to make an appointment because it is walk in only. Ford has always been a great brand to me but I would highly advise searching for another dealer.
