I have been a customer of Multiplex Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. for a while now and I must say that their services are average. Although they have a good selection of movies, the ticket prices are a bit high compared to other theaters in the area. The seating arrangement is decent and the staff is helpful. However, the food choices are limited and quite expensive. Overall, it is an okay place to watch a movie.
