If you're looking for a good food experience look ...

If you're looking for a good food experience look elsewhere. Dinner was not very good.

Started with cocktails. These were inventive and delicious, a habenero hisbicus tequila cocktail was our favorite.

Appetizers were also very good. The Kale and Beet salad was absolutely delectable especially for being out of season. Also had the onion soup which was OK, the bread was perfect, but the chef really was afraid to add salt (this seems to be a theme).

The main courses were bland, uninspiring, and I really do not believe they locally source the meat.

The pork chop was over cooked and did not have a good flavor. Also the quality of the meat matches pork bought from a super market and not a locally sourced farm. The spetzle was extremely bland.

The califlower entree could have been so much better, but the califlower was over cooked, borderline mushy, and the Belgian endive was prepared completely wrong. They cooked the hell of out it making it too bitter, they also didn't remove the white core which is common practice. Also some blanching would have gone a long way.

Dessert was also a chore. A blackberry sorbet was good, but the serving was too large. The creme brulee was trying to be something new and interesting but fell flat as it was too soupy, and the citrus flavor was overpowering, but lacked any acidity.

Is seemed like the chef was not tasting what he cooked.
