The lab staff were very courteous and polite and did my prescribed tests without any problem. The receptionists are very well versed and know how to interact with the customers. Especially Covid test is done with all the necessary equipments like PPE kit , proper gloves etc. Sometimes you have to wait as the customers are more in the peak hours. With having more than 25 years experience in this laboratory field .They are doing a very great job. One more thing I would like to add is, the lab managers are well educated and co operative and responds to customer problems as soon as they can. Moreover a very good lab
