The neighbors are friendly and there are many children in our complex.The playground should be updated and cleaned for the children. Most maintenance staff are professional. Most of the customer service representatives are respectful.

Rent is over rated. Better deal private renting. You will pay for convenience. There are many shops, restaurants, schools and library close by.

It upsets me when I come home and see holes in my wall. There was a note stating "changing intercom system until 2 PM". I arrived home at 3:30. Holes are still in the wall. I had to take pictures for proof. Henderson Webb will charge outrageous fees. Most of the time notices are not given before hand. Staff will walk in and out of your unit as they please.

At least cameras are cheap on Amazon!
