I love this place. Laurie has over 20 years experience. She takes special care in monitoring your poses making sure you are getting the best and safest practice. Her voice is calm and soothing. She also shows you ways to do yoga safely when you are dealing with weakness due to an injury. I have had hip problems for many years and her stretches and her teaching of opening up the hip joints has helped. it's amazing when you listen to her attention to detail in her teaching how you can feel such a difference. Even her basic yoga class makes you feel taller, more flexible and most of all so much better. I love how she really focuses on doing so many little things to make your practice extra special.
