A year and a half now... Still no resolution and I think they've lost my daughters birth certificate. I am actively avoiding tesco car insurance if they keep using these clowns.

I'm writing to the ombudsman, and tesco car insurance to complain.
Sound like it's not an isolated incident.
Urge you not to use this Company.
