I recently booked my vacation with Protravel, and overall, I had a satisfactory experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they took care of all the necessary arrangements. However, there were a few areas where I believe they could improve. For instance, the itinerary lacked some unique experiences, and the recommended accommodations were average. The customer service was decent, but I felt that they could have been more attentive to my specific preferences. While my trip was okay, I believe there are better options available in the market.
