Kelvin argumentive and rude, not nice and no welcome or friendly greeting, just super bad customer service skills! I'll never buy from this Honda as long as he works here or anyone with same bad apple attitude! All I wanted was a simple light bulb changed. Wow! Incredible I'll have to find a friendlier Honda or maybe just never buy Honda again!
