Michele Stoehrer was wonderful. I had done my online research and "built" the truck I wanted, a 2019 Tacoma in silver. I went to the Lithia Toyota to see if I could find it in a used vehicle that fit my budget as the new trucks on Toyota's site were well outside. Michele was able to find the exact truck I had built online -- a new 2019 on the lot, available and within budget. After a quick test drive, Michelle walked me through the paperwork process. She continues to provide great customer service and follow up with me as a new vehicle owner. She has been very helpful in coordinating with the other departments to make my experience very positive.
