Thomas Penn of Smith & Co Solicitors has been excellent, can't fault him. He has always been extremely prompt and double checked everything. He has explained things with patience where necessary. He is very professional, yet still approachable, pleasant and authentic. He takes 'ownership' of making sure a job gets done properly, even when the other parties involved are not so helpful! All in all, he has taken a lot of stress out of this process for us. A real breath of fresh air compared to our previous experiences elsewhere. Thank you
