I have used Ra micro software gmbh for a while now and I must say, their services are average. While they have some good features, there are also some drawbacks that can be quite frustrating. The customer support could definitely be improved as the response time is sometimes quite slow. Overall, a decent option if you're looking for basic software solutions.
