I bought a 2008 Corvette sight unseen. My fault I know, I know. My salesperson, Kim Green, sent a carfax report which said O'Brien had done the rear brakes. When I received the vehicle it failed the VA safety inspection because the parking brake did not work. Took it to the mechanic and low and behold the parts for the parking braking were not installed. I also noticed when I hit a bump the whole rear end would jump literally across the road. The mechanic stated it was definitely unsafe to drive because all of the bolts in the rear end were loose. He said it appeared someone was doing work on the vehicle but did not finish the job.
Update:
Mr. Reynolds from O'Brien called me immediately and rectified the situation. He exemplified what customer service is and should be. They made things right and I'm extremely happy with the results. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from O'Brien.
