I would give a negative 5 if I could. My daughter was asking for help to detox and in patient treatment the facility we called had a bed an d were ready to admit her. Access took the first initial application and said they would call back shortly that the managers were in meetings. After several hours we call back and the managers left for the day so nothing could be done until the next day.
