Emailed them about two weeks ago asking to help co...

Emailed them about two weeks ago asking to help converting a conventional house plan into their ICF block plans and help to calculate the amount of blocks I need. Never heard anything back. Messaged last Friday another ICF manufacturer and it took them one hour to respond.
