My experience in the cave was pretty lackluster, however, it was due to one factor. It wasn't the cave itself. The cave is awesome, but I know absolutely nothing about the cave thanks to our tour guide, Daniel. Daniel started out as a promising young individual who had revealed he had been at natural bridge for a month. It was quickly and painfully obvious that he knew nothing about the cave. Nope, our tour consisted of lots of stops where Daniel had us stand around in silence so we didn't run in to the next group. When he did say something about the cave, his speech was full of "um", forgetfulness, and the occasional curse under his breath upon forgetting something. It was tough to listen to. He even told us once that in order to exit the cave at the time he was expected, we would have to wait in a room. This time, again, was in silence.

The fudge is great though. Don't get Bill's Lemonade, that's a rip off.

I live close to the place. I know it was one tour of the day and I know a lot of young people work there. Each person is going to bring different personalities to the tours. Usually they are awesome. The property is beautiful. There is more to do than walk caves. Go check it out. Just don't go down with Daniel.

Daniel if you read this, please go on more tours with other people and learn more about the cave. Practice saying the facts. It's a valuable life skill.
