These people provide terrible customer service (they do not return voice mail messages in a timely manner, they do not show appreciation for your time). You will call them repeatedly to get through to the one person that can help you and then they will be "doing you a favour" to do their job. There is only one person who takes care of proximity access cards for the building where I live. I would not recommend doing business with Connelly and Company Management Ltd. If you are a customer I would recommend shopping around for better service elsewhere at your next renewal date (or sooner).
