Dollar Days exemplifies poor management and sub-standard business practices. The CEO, Marc Joseph, could well have been Scott Adams' inspiration for his "Pointy Haired Boss" character. In fact, the entire organization resembles Adam's allegedly fictional company. Employees are hired regardless of competence, and fired with offhand casualness. This leads to problems with both vendors and customers. Caveat emptor and vendor alike.
