One of the worst companies to work for. Everything...

One of the worst companies to work for. Everything is unorganized causing longer work days for people in order to pick up the slack from management accepting too many engagements even though they're understaffed and don't have enough personnel to actually complete the engagements. They claim to be a company for their people but if anyone suggests something they could improve, Management takes it as a personal attack against the firm. They have a Women's Leadership Initiative but all I have seen/heard from that is the women have exercise classes together, no actual training/upward movement to support women. I have yet to see something actually beneficially for women. It is very male oriented and it is clear that the men are given more opportunities than women. The opportunity for advancement is only dependent on whether or not management likes you, not whether or not you can do the job. It is very cliquey and if you're not involved with the main office clique, you will be talked about on a constant basis by that group. There are little to no actually training opportunities. They put you on an assignment and just tell you to start doing work but then talk about you when you do the work wrong.
