PLEASE READ before considering such a disrespectful company. Would be a negative mark had i been able to. Most unprofessional service I have ever delt with. My vehicle has been sitting in a service department for 14 days still awaiting so called approval. All items are covered by this extended warranty
(That i have paid for) and all they have to do is give the go ahead but here we sit without a vehicle for 2 weeks. After numerous phone calls being made by both myself and our head sevice tech all we have gotten is the run around. I have asked to speak to a manager on more than one occasion only to be hung up on, sent to non existent mailboxes or voicemail where no one will return a phone call. I want what is right here and they seem to not be bothered by their own unprofessionalism. This is by far one company to be leary of for sure seek a more reputable warranty place because had I read the previous reviews on this so called company I would have ran myself.
