RONNIE RUSSELL, provided me with Remarkable customer service! I was recently involved in an accident, that totaled my vehicle, and although, I reside in Dallas, Texas, there was no doubt in my mind of who I would call for a replacement vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Hendrick Honda three years ago, and I cannot stop talking about the experience I had with my Sales Consultant and that of purchasing a vehicle. Ronnie greeted me with enthusiasm and asked all the right questions to understand my needs of purchasing a vehicle. What stood out about him, is that he listened as much as he talked. My friend, Karina, who came with me, was so overwhelmed by Ronnie's professionalism, that she purchased a brand new vehicle that day as well! Normally, I do not do transactions over the phone, because it takes away from the one on one personal interaction from a human standpoint, but, I can honestly, say that Ronnie was fully engaged and did not treat this transaction any different as if I was in person. After, my paperwork was received, Ronnie stayed involved in the process, and made sure, he kept me informed of when my new vehicle would arrived here in Texas, which arrived within three days! What's Amazing, is how Ronnie is still involved in the purchase of my vehicle, he has called several times to see if I had any questions about any of the features in my vehicle and to see how I am doing after being injured in the accident.
