The doctors, tech's and front desk staff are wonderful! They really care about the animals and give kind and gentle service. They are highly trained and knowledgeable of the latest treatments. I have been bringing my cats and dogs here ever since Dr. Hartwell opened the practice. He is extremely compassionate when an older animal passes away, both in person and by sending a hand-written condolence card. I am also impressed that the front desk girls are there for a long time without a big changeover. So it must be a great place to work!
