The staff and management there are unorganized, liars, and unproductive.
I had all my wedding guests stay there for my wedding in March. When reserving their rooms, SEVERAL guests asked if they can get a double bed since the reservations didn't state for sure whether it'll be single or double. Diff staff had promised SEVERAL of my guests that it would be of no problem that they get two beds.
Well, when we arrived for check in, we found out they were hosting a ladies basketball team there that weekend and NONE of my guests could get double beds in their room. So yes, they LIED by telling my guests they could get double beds when none of them actually could.
There was two diff managers there at the time and took us at least 30 min to speak to one. After me telling her about the situation her response was, "by the way your planner never called me back when I called her about the address of your wedding venue". What does that have to do with my problem?! She sounded so incompetent, it just made me angrier.
So they ended up putting in fold out beds in everyone's room at no charge and knocking about $10 off their rate (after they check out). This made me not want to deal with another marriot again.
