I ve filed a complaint MONTHS ago due to poor management in Haverstock and no one ever reached out to me. I called today because my phase manager refuses to renew my lease or take my money for market rent and has now put on my credit that I owe money which has caused me to be denied at other apartments so I can hurry up and move out of this place. Kendra is disrespectful along with many others in the office. From the moment I applied staff have been rude and JAllen has yet to ever reach out to me or others that have emailed complaints on the staff!!!
