I was disappointed that I couldn't get an appointm...

I was disappointed that I couldn't get an appointment for almost a full week. And I really wasn't given an explanation as to why that was. The car was sputtering and had a check engine light on, so I came in anyway, hoping they could squeeze me in. My service adviser, Ryan Drumm, was very knowledgeable and explained that due to recent recalls (and lack of parts) they were swamped. Not sure why they couldn't explain that over the phone. (He also diagnosed what was wrong with my car in about 1 minute.) At any rate, I thought I might have to wait a week for my car, but it was actually done the same day! Great job!
