Me, my boyfriend and one of our friends got stuck ...

Me, my boyfriend and one of our friends got stuck in the elevator (south tower #2 to be exact) we tried using the help button and the fire dept button and neither one would work. We also tried calling the front desk and no one would answer we had to call our other friend to go to the front desk and let them know. They tried arguing with her saying no one was stuck. We was stuck for almost an hr and they didn t even care. Our room wasn t clean at all they left dirty dishes in the sink and the tubs was nasty. Will never stay at this place again. When we told them about their elevator not working properly the manager didn t care.
