The hotel have friendly and helpful staff. Kids loved the "Kids Club" for the activities they had. And we liked it because we could enjoy our massage knowing that they were in good hands.
The room we had was spacious and comfortable, although furniture in the room was a little worn out.
There was a power failure for almost the whole day on 11Mar. It affected not only the hotel but the neighbouring area too. And with Phuket's sweltering weather, you can imagine the number of frustrated guests. But in my opinion, the staff on duty at the reception handled the situation remarkably well . They were very helpful and patient when dealing with all the requests and queries from the guests.
The hotel is located within minutes from Surin beach by foot. And the beach is absolutely beautiful.
