Very unhelpful front desk and system for the guests. We understand there are terms and conditions and ur tour needs to leave on time but we are the customers keeping us business running

Pls note yr guests are spending good money and coming to unfamiliar locations for the tours. Not only did u not try to contact me when I was late by 10 mins to the tour the front desk didn't care at all. Snobby behaviour They offered me a 10% discount for the same tour the next day trip. This booking is a rip off unfortunately

I went to rabbies and booked their 9 am tour. I am not kidding u can check with them for today's date. They waited till 9.15 for one party of guests from USA. That is service.. .
