No stars if possible , as I am also suffering from the ignorance from this company since 2018 . In my case they've raised a false CCJ in my credit history for the vehicle which I have never owned or hired secondly they have posted the correspondence on the address which wasn't my address so I never received any PCN or any correspondence consequently I couldn't get back to them and couldn't go for appeal . I was in the process to take the mortgage and was shocked to see a ccj in credit history and contacted the company regarding my case. One of the staff members told me to send the proofs to prove my innocence. After that I sent my relevant proofs numerous times to this company company, but till today I haven't heard anything back from them.
I explained them that I was the victim of identity theft fraud and I received few more bailiff letters on behalf of different boroughs on my present address. I reported this matter to police and councils and to other ballif companies as well. At last everyone came aware of my innocence and all the PCNs were cancelled by everyone.
I sent these proofs to civil enforcement,
But they have not responded anything back till date.
Today my wife has complained this matter to BPA as well.
Secondly I have posted the final notice to this company and if I will not get any reply from them,I want to take this matter further and will appreciate any suggestions regarding this, and requesting the company again to check my letter and solve my matter.

I'm getting harassed and depressed. And Moreover I am not the person who is liable to get this CCJ. I am innocent and my family is also suffering with me.
