This company has worked so hard for my family in getting my daughters claim with our insurance adjusted appropriately. Not many billing companies would make the extra effort as these employees have. My insurance had decided to not pay a $29,000 bill. Steve assisted in the efforts to getting my claim approved. Then my insurance decided not to cover $10,000 of my claim, which was once again not the correct according to my policy. If it was not for Francis spending time with me on a 3 way call with my insurance I would have been completely lost, and would have paid out $9,000 more then I should have. Steve and Francis are knowledgable and incredibly helpful. This has been a year long battle with insurance and I am so grateful for the support of these employees. They deserve the best.
