I absolutely love the Steak and Cheese Deluxe from here, it is a very good place to eat all the food is great.

The food here is not only delicious, but also priced great. The staff is awesome too! Totally recommend Joe's Pizza, some of the best Italian in town!.

The customer service was excellent. However, steak & cheese wrap was ridiculously greasy & tastless.
I won't be returning.

The food was okay, but not great. The pizza needed less cheese and more sauce. Very large slices. The eggplant parm sandwich was fair.

Food is really good. Pizza thin style is legit. One time I ordered baked ziti. It was good cheesy and gooey and the pasta wasn't mushy. They have a pizza special and a gnocchi special on Tuesday or Wednesday. They have a 10 inch cheese pizza on Tuesday I think.

The absolute best New York style pizza I've had. I did pepperoni and Gorgonzola cheese.

Service was great! Cheese steak was fine. Good to see another quality Italian restaurant on Midlothian.

Came in for lunch, got a Ceasar salad and a slice of mushroom and sausage pizza...... The salad was mediocre the slice was just premade cheese pizza with extra toppings thrown on top. The sauce not really flavorful at all, the crust was crispy, but also dry and kind of flavorless.... all in all not very good. Definitely not the best pizza in Midlothian and definitely not in Richmond.... Just because you serve large slices doesn't mean you can claim "NY Style" pizza....A NY slice is the best pizza in Midlothian by far.... This place doesn't even come close.... We will see how long they last.

1 bite everybody knows the rules...got a lg cheese to base the rating and cannoli for dessert. I went on a Tuesday, ordered ahead 15 minutes for pick up. 1st time here and overall it was a good experience. I guess they have a Tuesday special $9.50 lg cheese . The cannoli was half the price of the pizza and was just ok. 7.4, good NY style pizza. Fresh, hot, good looking pie, but lacked the extra to put it in the 8 s. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I ll be back to try some other menu items .

I walked in this restaurant and noticed the cook tasting what he was cooking in the pot and used the same spoon he sipped off to stir the pot again...

We had a coupon and wanted to check this place out. We ordered the meat tortellini and meat ravioli and large house salad. The pasta was mediocre at best, salad was fresh. Maybe we should have gotten the pizza? We might come back, but will not be getting any pasta

My NY wife and I went for the first time the other night and really enjoyed the pizza. My wife said it reminded her of home and now it is the only place she will go! Half price cheese pizzas on Tuesday! Great staff!

The portions we're large the prices were reasonable the quality was noticably better than most places in Richmond you could taste the love that went into the food. I highly recommend giving this place a try the Italian sub. And garlic knots were the best I've had in Richmond lately

I got a caesar salad, garlic knot, manicotti, and cannoli. Everything was freshly made while I waited and exceeded my expectations. The cannoli even tasted like it had just been made and not sitting in a case getting stale! Everything tasted homemade!

We're blessed with a couple of good restaurants nearby. We get takeout pizza and Mediterranean salad a couple times a month. It's always the best, owner's there lots, great people.

1st time this round was their white pizza with pep. Nice tasty crust, cheesy and fresh. Will return for 2nd round soon.

Had a Lg pepperoni, mushroom and sausage that was knock your socks off good.
Also had the eggplant parmigiana...delicious!!

One of the workers came to my place of work and brought buttered knots as a promotional thing for lunch, etc. They were delicious! I haven t been to the restaurant yet, but the fact that they are out their promoting and that the knots were tasty, i am excited!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in life. They messed up my order and tried to say it was all my fault. They are so disrespectful and words cant describe how angry I am. People say you should support small business but this store makes me say never again. If this was a corporate establishment I would at least get some type of respect. It's like their mentality is "why respect the customer if the one customer can't take you out if business".

To top it all off the woman said my price was one thing then bumped it up $5 at the door.

This is best pizza I ve found in Bon Air area. Tuesday pizza night (50% off large pizza) is a steal.

The pizza was very delicious so I was impressed there. It took an hour and 20 mins for delivery to arrive when I was told 40 mins to hour tops. The cannolis arent that sweet and WAY overpriced. $5 for just one small cannoli...that s rediculous.

I got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza for $7.34 I thought it was a lil high on price until I ate one slice and couldn't eat the other. Very filling and I'm big guy 1 slice will do. Unless you want a slice for later.

Long over due. The best pizza you can get in the area (Over pizza hut, dominoes, and little caesers). Consistently always good and more bang for your buck

Did delivery said be here at 8:45-8:55 got here at 9:13. food is cold my slice of pizza the toppings are off the pizza on the side of box,chicken wings (cold) my wife ordered Italian sub and frys... frys were cold. very unpleased for $27 worth of food

3/3/20 I ordered a Large sausage and mushroom pizza from Joe's. Due to personal reasons it took me over an hour to arrive. I expected my pizza to be warm even cold which was fine because I didn't plan on eating it until later in the evening. I didn't expect 2 slices to the pizza to be missing along an explanation that said well, you were late so we wrote it off and removed 2 slices. Naturally, I expected once I arrived and was confronted with the missing slices that a new pizza would be made and NOT A pair of slices to be re added to the pie. Then I was told, I shouldn't have an ATTITUDE while also telling me I need to accept the cold pizza and the freshly made pair of slices. I politely but Directly explained to the older female manager that once you write off a pizza that a customer failed to pick up and remove slices you are then obligated to make A NEW PIZZA especially if you have taken the customers money by phone. Reluctantly the pizza was made. Not sure if I will eat there again. They might remember my name and when I order pizza by phone in the future make me THAT SPECIAL PIZZA THATS JUST FOR ME. ..

Don't visit at lunch hr. And don't order take out during lunch hr.

I went with my family. Great food. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the abundant condiments. My wife took eggplant parm entree and was very pleased. The kids took a great reuben sandwich and a delicious corn beef and swiss wrap. Great beer on draft and good service. Very welcoming and clean local. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure. thank you

I ve ordered frequently during this pandemic without any problems. Tonight the pizza ordered took an extra 17 minutes to deliver without any updates. Driver left only for me to realize pizza was stuck to box and raw as well as cold. I called and after many t th is my name was found, and a replacement was made and redelivered over an hour later. Still raw dough on bottom, but hot. Not sure what has happed to the quality other than per young delivery guy it s a Friday . Won t order again anytime soon.

This place is a rip off!! I ordered what I thought was a cheeseburger sub for $8.50 plus tax and got a plain old cheeseburger on a regular bun..no fries or sides.. And the burger wasn't that great!! Definitely not worth $8.50!! Then when I called to ask about it, the manager was a smart mouth kid.. I'll NEVER order anything from this place again..!! The burger tastes like crap!! $8.50 in the trash..I'm livid!!

People were super nice I got the cheese steak and it was amazing the pizza slices were huge and some of the best I've ever had. I would eat there every day if I could.

Great Great food, affordable and delicious. The calzone was insanely good. Also the chicken fettuccine Alfredo was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

I ordered a house salad which was good along with baked Ziti and garlic knots...the ziti was awful extremely salty and the garlic knots were disgusting and cold...the waitress was fairly pleasant...I definitely will not visit again!!!
