First Canadian staff are prompt and always considerate. Most importantly, they responded to our application very quickly. Having to deal with paperwork and contacting staff during an extremely stressful time is not what anyone wants to deal with; we have faced that with other Insurance companies. Not First Canadian. They were quick to reassure us they were working on our claim. Truly appreciate the empathy First Canadian staff gave in dealing with our claim.
