Property is beautiful, rooms were spacious but needs to be updated. The outdated rooms and Hispanic lady at the bar made this a 4 star review. Her customer service was extremely rude. I was asked "what do I want" several times. She made remarks after every order as if inwas a bother to her and not just to me but several other residents as well. She does not need to be working in a place where top notch customer service is expected and required. I can tell she may be overwhelmed as she was alone majority of the day, but that doesn't discredit the fact that she was rude as hell.

On another note. KATHLEEN at the front desk was amazing! She deserved 5 stars all by herself. She answered every question with patience and was very helpful with anything I needed! She made up for the rude lady at the bar and the outdated room. I would stay here again, but when the price is cheaper then I could understand that outdated rooms.
