Terrible, atrocious and disgusting customer service. The superiority complex of the so-called "good-minded" employees of this district court, are in fact prejudice and inconsiderate, making for an even more difficult, demeaning and begrudging experience with the law. The lack of respect I received was apparent from the first statements, and I hope Westland does better with its police force and court magistrates. Shame on James B. Gibbs, the so-called "representative" I spoke with and apparently the manager. Will be speaking to City Hall. #fixourjusticesystem.
