I love this hotel and have been staying here for over 15 years. My friends and I made a huge mistake choosing some nearby "dreamy apartments" that were far from a dream. We called into the Malmaison for breakfast after our night out and stay at the apartments as they didn't offer food. We were welcomed by the staff, who were amazing, particularly a young guy named Reece who was fantastic. Nothing was too much and such a friendly difference. He should be recognised for his customer service. The Malmaison breakfasts are divine and can recommend the kippers.
