This company has no trained customer service repre...

This company has no trained customer service representatives. My experience was awful contacting their rep for the first time. The rep named "Adel" made it clear from her attitude that my questions bothered her by her unprofessional and unsolicited snide and rude responses, and I quote:

"It says $.21 a minute, you do the math"

"I don't memorize all the facilities"

"I've answered all your questions as I see fit"

I am a 100% disabled veteran and before I became disabled was a 2nd tier Customer Service Representative. Point blank I would have been fired for any one of those statements.

It's obvious that the leadership of CEO Richard A. (Rick) Smith since 2008 has been concerned with profit by monopoly, not customer service, support or care.

Another class action suit should be started in reference to false advertisement of the aforementioned
