Recently purchased a house and after doing a basic house inspection opted to have isaac do an electrical inspection. They found nothing wrong during their inspection other than bad grounded outlets. They lost the quote and almost made us pay for another inspection, bad encounter 1. Current day, just moved in after closing. Immediately found very bad wiring in the attic without even looking for it. Its in plain sight. How did your professional miss that? Bad encounter 2. Will never deal with them again. They also made it very difficult to schedule the inspection since we weren't the owners yet, I understand policy but this is a terrible policy that needs to be reviewed
