I used to go to therapy at the adult psychiatry center and they had the absolute worst customer service you could possibly imagine. I had a terrible therapist who seemed like she had never done this before and when I tried to request a new provider, they just added me to the end of the waiting list as if I wasn t already a patient there. The front desk and central intake associates are often rude and not helpful at all. Do not go here if you can help it.
