I began my process with TLC at the end of July. I completed my registration, my insurance was put on file as well as a debit card. After they approved my method of payment I went 3 WEEKS with no form of communication from this practice. No email. No phone call. I had to call them. I spoke with Alex who resent the email for me to be able to access the patient portal to set an appointment. I followed the link to another dead end. My information was not valid, I couldn t not set up a new password or login, and yet again I could set an appointment. I called and spoke with Alex yet again the solution was to reset my password. However, at this point I would much rather prefer and recommend another practice. As a mental health professional, I cannot fathom recommending a practice with such subpar business practices.
