I was in raleigh for a conference this week and had to book a last minute room. Preston, one of the front desk attendants was extremely accomodating. He made my last minute booking stressless and went above and beyond to make sure that my colleagues and I had an impeccable stay. Kudos to the Sheraton and their team for amazing customer service.
